At first glance I was ecstatic for the proposed Largest Hotel Development in Downtown KC sine 1985. But, the headlines lately have made me skeptical. I am all for real estate development, and by many considered a conservative. However, from what i’ve read when a deal is bad for the city our journalist will let us know.
