Okay so we have it pretty good here in Kansas City, MO according to Trulia our city is the 4th most affordable place to live in America. We may not have an ocean or mountains but we are in the early stages of a transition from a fly over city to a vibrant, hip, and creative city to live in. So, don’t expect that affordability ranking to keep its spot.

Did you know the average price for a home/condo in San Francisco is $1M. So that’s out of the question for the time being.

But what about renting?
