Think Big Partners is an accelerator as well as a co-working space. They offer a variety of services helping startups and entrepreneurs Build, Fund, Grow, and Connect their companies. The new building is in the crossroads, which only supports my speculative theory that the Crossroads ~~will be~~ is the creative hub of Kansas City.
