The Cordish Companies is the developer of One Light KC, they were also involved in the local developments of KC Power and Light District (PNL), and St. Louis’ BallPark Village. Needless to say i’d like to have a beers with these developers.

After continuously missing revenue projections for the PNL investment Cordish and the city bet on. Cordish Companies is doubling down in Kansas City and determined to make good on their investment, even if that means dropping $79 million on a 25 story apartment complex. ($5M of which is getting subsidized)

One Light KC Apartments Range from 593 sq ft to 1395 sq ft two bedroom penthouse, renters can expect to pay on between $1.5-$2.33 per sq ft.
